Zous's PMOG Lottery!

Everyone who entered had their ZB refunded.

Here's how it works:

You place a Wager on a Number in the range I specify. When the round ends, I'll use http://random.org/integers/ to choose the lottery numbers. Of the money wagered, only 2% (rounded down to the nearest 10 ZB) will go to me to pay for the crates and other items. The rest of the pot will be split amongst the winners.

Number of Draws refers to how many numbers I'll generate. If it's 1, then whoever has that 1 number will take the pot. If it's 2, then the pot will be split, 2/3 to first place number, 1/3 to second place number. If it's 3, then it'll be 4/7 to first place, 2/7 to second place, 1/7 to third place. And so forth...

As to how specifically to wager, how much a wager is, and how many numbers will be chosen, follow the rules listed with the current round (it might change over time).

Round 32

Games like Bunni3's "Six Corners" made me do this. This round is special. The Wager has been upped to 200 ZB, but you can only wager on one number, and your chances of winning something are 1 in 5, as there will be 2 drawings on the range of 1 - 10!

Maximum number of wagers: 1 per person

Price per Wager: 200 ZB

Number of Draws: 2 Numbers Chosen

Place Multiplier: x2

How to wager:

1) Go to PMOG @ Zousware, the home of the Lottery

2) Log in using your PMOG credentials. This is completely private and my policy is for your password only to be used for the validation itself. Once validated, I keep no record of your PMOG credentials.

3) Choose "Games", followed by "Lottery", and then "Wager".

4) Enter Numbers for Wagers you would like to place, assuming you have the ZousBucks to place them. If you have no ZousBucks, go to The PMOG@Zousware Bank Topic to find out how to deposit DP and Pings into your ZousBucks Account.

5) After entering your Wagers, sit back and relax while you wait for the drawing. You can always return to the Wager page to change the numbers you entered or enter more Wagers!

6) Once you win ;) your winnings will be automatically deposited into your Bank Account and will be ready for immediate withdrawal.

Go Forth and Wager!

Something I forgot to say, if no one wins, then the Pot will roll over to the next drawing! I won't just keep it ;)

Also, numbers can be chosen multiple times by one person or by multiple people. The difference is that if that number gets chosen for a prize, those who chose that number split the winnings

sorry about that, I didn't realize I was still logged in as that account.

That account is one I created for future lottery rounds. A place where you can drop the DP you want to wager. The funds will be held in escrow by the Lotto_Bank account until it is time to deliver the winnings.

But the above is true, the numbers were 15 and 34, I just need to calculate the winners and such :P

Making a total of 3100 DP donated

This means that, once I subtract my 2%, that leaves the overall pot at 3040

2/3 of this goes to the 1st place winners!

The only person to chose the number 15 was...

She wins 2030 DP!

The second place winners split the other 1/3 of the pot...

Unfortunately, no one chose number 34!

So, 1010 DP gets rolled over into the next lottery pot!
