I just upgraded to the brand spanking new version of the toolbar.

I restarted my browser (twice, for good measure!) and made sure I was logged in. Here's what my toolbar looks like:

It's like it doesn't know who I am, or something!

Edit: I should probably add that because of this, all things PMOG have broken for me, all tool use and and DP earning and leveling up. That sucks!!

Yup. Mine looks like that too, and doesn't seem to be registering dp for sites visited (that is, they don't show on the toolbar, and they're not being tallied on my profile page either.

To get the new version: go to the 0.418 page that the link takes you to. Scroll down and click on "See all versions." Click the big "Add to Firefox" button at the top of the page.

Of course, I wouldn't recommend you do this until the bug is fixed...

I installed .418 and then .419 again and not it logs in, but then I have the same issue as uselessness - no icon and no tools on the toolbar.

Could one of you with this issue please try using the Reset Profile function?

P > Preferences > Reset Profile

Done. Now I do P > Login > New login, and the login mask never appears.

update: I did a toolbar refresh and the login mask appeared but, once again, I got logged in as the masked pmogger

edit: yay, logged in properly now! :D

I did the toolbar profile reset and now I cannot log in on the toolbar at all.

We're packaging a fix for this right now. It will be transparent, meaning you won't need to download a new toolbar.

In fact, it should be good to go and letting you now.

I reset my profile the way you described, and restarted Firefox. When I choose P > Login > New Login nothing happens at all. So I can't add my account to the toolbar list, and I can't log back in. Also, not sure if it's worth mentioning, but when I reset the toolbar the theme also switched to the plain gray look instead of the wooden one.

I tried downgrading back to 0.418 but that doesn't work either, for some reason. So I can't play right now. :-(

Uselessness - close it one more time and reopen. I was able to log in this time and am now auto-logging in.

If you don't get the login box, do this:
P > Help > Refresh the PMOG Toolbar
It worked for me.

Well, I'm logged in now, but I'm not collecting dp when I visit new sites. This happened to me about 30 minutes ago (using 0.418) after never having a bit of trouble with that version on this computer.

I logged out, couldn't log in again, etc. Downloaded this new version. But the dp issue remains.

I'm on the same setup as rebeccablood, only on 10.5.4 instead of 10.5.3, but I am collecting DPs just fine. If that helps at all...

For what it's worth, I get dp for commenting on missions, and tagging - things that happen on this site. Just not for surfing.

Also, I can't take missions.

Sounds like an extension conflict issue... not sure why it would just spring up now though.

Have you restarted Firefox completely and still suffered from this?

If so, what other extensions do you have installed?

OK - cheers for the 'refresh toolbar' to login. I'm still having a problem though - why is it grey? I can't work out how to fix it to that nice warm wood.

my toolbar is displaying everything correctly.

go to your preferences, spikeyboiiiiii, look for 'in game preferences' scroll down to very bottom, look for "Extension Skin" and make sure that dropd own menu says classic, then save it.

Is it set to plain and not classic?

@Burdenday - I removed my only other add-on, Bugmenot, and after the restart, I'm collecting dp again. So maybe it was a conflict, though I've had that in place since long before this update.

Yeah, I've had to change it to 'Plain' now because all I get is a barely readable pale bar otherwise. Bugger. I like the wood.
