I didn't see anyone reporting a small thing I have noticed. It's not a major bug, but mission overlays that I have dismissed on a page, pop up again if I drop a crate on the page. So, I dismiss the mission, click my crate icon, fill it up with goodies and click stash. Then the small message in the corner pops up and says, "crate stashed." As the "crate stashed" message leaves, the mission I have already dismissed comes up again.

Just a minor annoyance really, nothing more.

My toolbar does nothing. I can't sign in, none of the links work... nothing.

Is there a way to rollback to a 4. version?

@anthony: There is no way to rollback to a .4 version. What other extensions do you have installed? Are you using Firefox 3?

I just upgraded and am no longer earning DP and I can't deploy mines get "page is not loaded..." message. I'm on a mac. I've tried restarting firefox and logging out and back in to pmog. Didn't help.

@richard What version of Firefox and Mac OS? Currently, I have a system on 10.5.5 running Firefox 3.0.3 and the toolbar is working.

Haven't seen the blinky menu bar with the updates, still earning points, can drop mines wherever.
Minor point but still no sound

Addition: This is for the Mac version.

Works in linux, so far. No major bugs I've noticed. Gonna go poke many things.

I seem to be having problems with 0.5.02 once i "Ignore" a mission or sometimes after laying a mine, Firefox will just disappear but still be running the CPU monitor but be unresponsive. this will only happen when i do something involving the pmog toolbar.

@ironoutlaw Linux, yes? I too am having Firefox crash quite a bit on my ubuntu 8.04 box. Mines have been crashing Firefox in a few cases, how fitting :)

@richard That is strange, my mac system (OSX 10.5.5) is working well on Firefox 3.0.3. Maybe try to upgrade Firefox?

pMail sent from the toolbar never seems to finish sending.

tried to take this mission http://pmog.com/missions/very_fa... when I clicked on next got a box with the 3 x 3 flashing square and a red box saying "something when wrong. sorry" Can not abandon or next. The only way to get rid of the box is to shutdown FF.

A couple of other missions I have tried worked fine.

@misplaced-mage and sighko: You've probably said this elsewhere, but what OS are you using and what other add-ons?

@sighko: i've had the same problem a couple of times. XP Pro SP2, FF 3.0.3 and no other addons.

I can't make acquaintances with anyone right now. Pushing the button on their PMOG player page gives me an error page.

Edit: Appears the aquaintance was made, despite error page. Maybe I will try logging out and restarting FF.

Well, i can live with problem about ignoring missions and etc. but i just thought it was something that can be brought up so the tech team can fix it if possible.

@sighko: Something in that specific mission is likely causing PMOG to crash Firefox; I'd just avoid taking it or contact the mission creator and ask him/her to retest their mission.

Er don't know if this is the right place to say this, but I decided to leave off the latest update until 5.1 comes in (as suggested). The funny thing is the missions are working fine now and the overlays are great. Is this just coincidence?

If I lay a mine when I have a St Nick attached, Firefox disappears on me. It's still running, just no window is visible. I can shut it down manually, and repeat until the Nicks are gone, then I can lay mines just fine.

Major Bug:

I can't seem to take ANY missions. I can go to the mission page and start the mission, but then I never get a popup to continue the mission. In fact, I have't seen ANY pmog popups since going to 5.xx(portals, missions, etc)

Mine laying seems to be ok.

@chriggy: have you got third-party cookies enabled?

@salinat: Could you disable the Stumbleupon toolbar and see if it still happens?

Edit: Yep, someone had Nicked me .. and Firefox still disappears on me with StumbleUpon disabled.
