When I first arrived as a soft, defenseless Shoat into this world, I was crippled with the faults of society. I wrongly believed that there was a reward/punishment system at work, and because I was mined, I had done something to upset someone.

After being more active in my pmog life, I began to realize what an idiot I'd been.

I've only just begun to use mines, and I'm already getting pmails whining about it. I myself have to admit I'd done the same thing at first, but payback is hell.

So, to those of you seasoned Destroyers, I salute you.

Speaking as a Destroyer, for the moment, I see placing mines as the same as Benefactors stashing crates. Both a positive, giving thing. I guess the difference in the surprise of receiving them is mathematical. Either plus or minus to your pile of DP's.

Making the receiver happy or sad, but that is their choice. And that is life in a nutshell, er, um bomb shell.

You're right, more nicks should be allowed on players. How else could we show Vigilantes more love? Right now the only thing goin' for them is RT nicks. Now, if we raise the nick level to say...20 or 30 (maybe goes up as level, or as Pix has said scales with mines on hand) that would make it a bit more interesting.

Although I don't do it much, there's something immensely satisfying about mining people.

Live nicking is fun fun fun.

Me? Since I got Good Doctor, I have stopped nicking and only do so in retaliation. Because, like I said, nicking is mean and I sometimes feel mean.
