Personally I think we should pick one or two days a week at a certain time and then all crate some lucky person with all of our great giving might.

Once the person is picked (possibly using this thread) I'll volunteer to send a message to all the members (I can tell from who's tagged/ who my allies are) reminding everyone who it is and when to crate and we have ourselves a game!

I am still trying to get to benefactor status myself, as that is where my heart lies.

as of today I finally got to the 250 crates stashed mark.

I try not to leave crates with only 1 tool in them or someting...so it's taken me longer to get there.

and yeah gotta love karmakaze's job on the avatar :)

There could be themes, like Seer Week, or we could crate people with certain tags.

I like where this is going.

I got to the 250 mark recently and switched gears to vigilante for some new fun, but I always remain a benefactor in my top 3.

Focusing our crates towards one person is a good idea, however, I would caution that the methodology used to pick the person needs to be sound and fair. In other words, as a benefactor giving and random acts of kindness are the goal. We cannot let the method that we use to choose a lucky person be corruptible or inclusive to certain players, in my opinion. For example, if we used this thread to choose the person, we may be excluding those players who do not frequent the forums.

Just some ideas, anyway.

Ok. I've figured out a great way to do this that is fair and unbiased that will involve pretty much all the active PMOG players! Hint: it involves a mission :-)

This is the basic idea:

"This mission is all about giving... and if you're a shoat, receiving! The idea is simple. Take the mission and post your comment. If you're the shoat (level 6 or below) whose comment's time stamp is closest to 1:00PM (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursdays, the newly formed Bevy of Benefactor guild will joyfully sprinkle your profile with crates sometime Thursday night!"

So tomorrow evening is our time to shine! I think we should put a message in our crates that says "from the bevy" or something like that so they know who it's from... I'll announce the winner here in the forum and try to send out a group message to remind everyone...

I hope everyone approves of this method!!
