How to save 10 minutes a day on Windows

Mission Description

If you find yourself wasting time searching for programs in the Windows Start menu, this mission is for you. Using an application launcher has saved me at least 15 minutes a day. I cover all the launchers I've tried as well as a bunch I haven't, but looked good enough to include.
